We charge a $25 service call for the technician visit. The consultation and firm quote are free. Final pricing depends on the number of vents, system layout and condition found on site. We confirm any change with you before proceeding.
Appointments are confirmed by email. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another homeowner.
Cleaning services are performed to industry standards. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects or code issues discovered during service; we will document and report anything we find.
